You’re all set! Woo Hoo!!

We’ve received your registration, and you’re all set for the retreat in Carmel, CA November 3-5,* 2016!

Our opening night welcome reception and group session will take place at the Happy Landing Inn on Thursday evening, November 3, from 5-7p PST.  We’ll meet in the reception area of the inn at that time.

Plan to attend sessions on Friday and Saturday, beginning at 9:30a. As we get closer to the retreat dates, you’ll receive more details about the agenda, including session times and locations (ocean-side, in the garden, under the stars . . . lots of great spots!)

Your accommodations have been arranged, and there’s no need to call the inn. You’re set to check in on Thursday, November 3, and check out on Sunday, November 6, 2016.  Check-in begins at 3p and check-out is at 11a. There will also be an optional session the morning of Sunday, November 6, which will conclude by 11am.

Dining:

Each morning we’ll enjoy breakfast together (or in your room if you prefer a little solitude) prepared by the innkeeper. We’ll have quiche, piping hot coffee, fruit and juices. Yum!

We’ll share in a mindfulness and savoring luncheon, on either Friday or Saturday afternoon. You’re free to enjoy lunch on your own on the other day (either Friday or Saturday); we’ll combine a break with your lunch so that you have time to enjoy one of Carmel’s many tasty spots.

I’ve left you free to have dinner wherever you choose on Thursday and Saturday night but I have made reservations at a really cute spot (The Treehouse Café) on Friday night and anyone who wants to join in is welcome! To make it easy, I’ve asked them to allow us to have individual checks.

The Dress

Dress is comfy casual, bring some shoes that allow you to walk around town and in the sand and clothes that allow you to sit on the grass and move comfortably. You may want to bring layers – the weather is supposed to be very nice at that time of year but you will want to have a sweater or jacket in case it turns cooler. Bring your bathing suit and maybe something a little dressier to wear to dinner.
