Background and Credentials . . .
I founded InBliss Coaching & Consulting and Actualize Consulting Group in 2006, after working as director of entertainment strategic planning, communications, and creative development for SeaWorld Orlando and Discovery Cove, a division of the Anheuser-Busch Entertainment Corporation. During my more than twenty-year career with the company, I partnered with co-executives to develop strategic plans to create and implement events and experiences to attract and maintain consistent growth in annual attendance. Additionally, I worked to co-create the Busch Entertainment World-Class Service program, and delivered to thousands of employees in 9 theme parks, nationwide.
During my years with Anheuser-Busch I also filled the role of entertainment media spokesperson for the Orlando theme parks, including print, radio and television.
The experience and insight I gained from working as an executive in such a large organization, with a broad span of oversight, helped me to see the overwhelming need for self-care and personal development that so many busy, over-achieving people tend to sacrifice in the name of success.
I hold multiple coaching certifications, am a former professional member of the National Speakers Association, a graduate of Alan Weiss’ Million Dollar Consulting College, and hold a two-hundred hour certification in applied positive psychology (the scientific study of happiness) from the Flourishing Center.
As a speaker and consultant, I’ve spoken across the nation to thousands of men and women, within dozens of industries, to help them learn the keys to creating a more energized, harmonious, and creative life that contains more joy, meaning and engagement. Additionally, I regularly work with individuals and organizations to build stronger team-work, more effective leaders, better guest experiences, and increased confidence and competence in delivering presentations.
