I’m willing to bet you’ve had times when you’ve doubted yourself. I know I have.

Sometimes it seems like it comes out of nowhere . . . and I’m sideswiped by the doubt, fear, and subversive thoughts I know all too well.

However, sometime within the last decade, I’ve found a little trick or two that works to get me through the “dark side” and onto the other side in a fraction of the time.

Try this: Dedicate a few minutes each day to reminding yourself of the truly awesome person you are. Starting on day 1, begin to create an ongoing list of the qualities and traits you appreciate about yourself. Are you empathetic? Write it down. Funny? Outspoken? A sympathetic friend? Write it down.

Add to this list every day -– you can even repeat or “star” the qualities that really feel true for you.

On the days that you’re not feeling as loving or confident about yourself, take a moment or two to affirm that you are a person who accepts love, laughter, great health, wealth––whatever you desire!

You don’t need to rely on anyone else to tell you––trust yourself. Believe in yourself. Remind yourself.

We need more people like you in this world. And, as the handwritten note taped to my desk reminds me daily . . . there is no reason for you not to be happy and wildly successful! Why not you? Why not now?!

Ditch that doubter and get back in the game!

May you Work, Play, and Live . . . InBliss!™
